Successful surgery: plastic components for medicine.

Five-axis milled knee implants and multi-axis turned and milled hip cups: we produce high-precision plastic medical components. We have set up specific production facilities for this purpose. This is where we produce according to your requirements – in a precise and needs-based manner.

We produce components made of titanium or other materials outside this production cell.

Excellent strength but still light

Thin-walled carbon-fibre parts have low weight,
very high strength, are resistant to chemicals,
are transparent to X-rays for external fixation systems and
have a wide range of X-ray related applications.

      


 
 
X-ray transparent instruments
Carbon-fibre retractor blades reinforced PEEK allow a complete view during surgery (X-ray transparency). Spreaders are sufficiently stable to meet the high demands. Components can be sterilised in superheated steam without distortion.
