INJECTION MOLDING

Our specialty: high-temperature injection molding

Our injection molding infrastructure is specifically designed for processing fiber-reinforced high-temperature thermoplastics. We guarantee process reliability even with thick-walled components, as must be taken into consideration when it comes to near-net-shape blanks. Material-specific or customized injection molding units prevent contamination and reduce processing losses when using high-cost materials. We offer flexible solutions for connection technology with special processes such as injection-molding around inserts.

COMPRESSION MOLDING

High-tech solution by Gsell for modern surgery

With multiaxial press technology, Gsell has developed a unique technology for manufacturing products made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. Our press technology can be used to manufacture slim, highly rigid components from high-performance plastics. Plastic and carbon fibers are pressed into near-net-shape components under specific pressure and temperature conditions. This creates components with enormous strength, even with the thinnest wall thicknesses. Innovative prefabricated products also open up new possibilities for the implementation of complex shapes made of high-temperature materials.

THERMOFORMING

Thermoforming semi-finished products

Small fixtures that are optimally designed for your product are built using a processor-specific apparatus design. Tubes, brackets or special profiles are refined for you using a precisely controlled heat supply. Gsell can preform a sharp tip on a tube or form 3D geometries. Our extensive experience means we offer you a high level of expertise and reproducible processes.

CNC PORTAL MILLING

Efficient processing of large-area sheets

Using our modern portal milling machines with large clamping surfaces, we mill a wide variety of components very efficiently, mainly from thermoset laminate sheets, and where necessary we do so around the clock. This means that we are also optimally equipped for large-scale producation. A generously sized air extraction system also ensures working conditions with reduced odor and dust for the benefit of our employees.

Technology Innovation in 3D-Printing
