Generating energy from machine waste heat
With the help of a heat exchange pump, the waste heat from our machinery is used to heat our production hall in winter and keep it cool in summer. This allows us to save on the energy consumed by air conditioning systems and to cut costs at the same time.
Separating materials
We divide and separately dispose of absolutely all of our material waste. Wherever possible, the materials are recycled and processed into new products. Fluoroplastics are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner by specially certified collectors.
Using resources
Less is more: our standardized processes mean ‘start-up’ parts are reduced and the reject rate is minimized. This has the benefit of cutting costs for you as the customer, while also protecting the environment.
E-mobility
Since 2020, we’ve had six quick-charging stations for electric cars installed that are put to good use by our employees and customers.
